From the 16th of June up to the 27th, our fixed 11 days of filming
on location in Portugal, this website featured an audio and video
based diary of the daily outcomes. We showed our methods to work
and gave you a close to realtime overlook of the developed project.

Match: Portugal vs. Greece
Description:
Portugese flags everywhere. Even after the defeat of the
portugese side in the opening game, the city of Porto was
displaying a strong national pride in the national team.

Location: Ribeira/ Porto
Match: Holland vs. Germany
Description:
Dutch fans going crazy at the Ribeira, the riverside of
Porto. Only hours before the kickoff of the Germany vs. Holland
match a flood of orange dressed supporters swept over the
Ribeira area. An honest display of fandom without any violence
or aggressions.

Description:
Portuguese supporters cheering for their team, while watching
the game on video walls. A cheap way of taking part at the
match, without having a ticket.

The Swiss and English celebrating together before and after
the match. Robert Seeger, an Austrian sports journalist, talking
about violence problems and how it affects the "world

Match: Sweden vs. Italy
Description:
Sweden taking on Italy at the estadio Dragao in Porto. The
athmosphere was great and fans from all over the world came
to watch a great match. The gathering in the park near the
stadium turned out to be a family-picniclike thing.

Location: Matosinhos beach at Porto
Fans tournament
Description:
The 11eleven fan tournament at the beach of Matosinhos initiated
by PORTUS 87, a local amateur soccer team, was a great success.
Portuguese, Austrian, Swedish, Danish, Italian and Swiss fans
got together to spend an active day playing five a side soccer
in the sand.

Description:
Espinho-Camping ground in Espinho, just outside of Porto.
A Dutch dominated affair. There was orange all over the place
and people were having a good time chilling between the matches.

Bulgarian fans dressed in traditional summer clothing of
their country and singing Italians desperately awaiting the
start of the match, gathering at squares in the city-centre
of Guimarães.

Match: Holland - Latvia
Description:
One more time the Dutch fans turn a town - this time Braga
- into a sea of orange. Latvian fans are among this flood
preparing not only for the match - the regional holiday of
Sao Joao in Porto also is a national celebration day in Latvia.

Description:
Portugal vs. England. The visitors of a small cafe in Boavista
are overwhelmed by emotion while their national team is giving
its best against the English side! Forca Portugal! Once again
the host country shows that soccer is one of their most favourite
attitudes. Future will tell if all the economical efforts
were worth the action.
